We are delighted to have successfully handed over this new headquarters building and warehouse facility in Gillingham to our client, MEMS Power Generation.
The new HQ offers up-to-date office facilities, both open plan and cellular, alongside impressive meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen, IT, storage and archive space. The new warehouse offers ample storage capacity, ensuring that MEMS can efficiently manage its inventory and logistics operations.
This highly-sustainable building is equipped with a significant solar PV array, making it energy-autonomous and reflecting MEMS dedication to minimising its environmental impact by generating and sustaining its own energy needs.
MEMS investment in their new headquarters underlines their dedication to their staff, clients, and the local community. These high-quality facilities will enable continued expansion and success within Kent, reinforcing MEMS role as a key player in the county’s economic landscape.
The project exemplifies a collaborative effort between ourselves and the client to create a cutting-edge, sustainable environment that meets the needs of today while preparing for future growth, and highlights a shared commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and local economic development.
