Description

The refurbishment of a 11 residential properties located throughout Canterbury, to provide the Canterbury Christ Church University with updated student accommodation.

The main works included the complete electrical rewire, mechanical, plumbing and sanitaryware installation, and the redecoration and refurbishment of the properties.

The works on site were successfully delivered by our Special Projects team, and involved careful planning and coordination of the works. The project was complete within a very short ten week time frame, ready for the new University term at the end of the summer.
