Description

The construction of 12 new homes in West Hill, Putney.

Following a successful planning application by the client, the two detached houses which previously occupied the site were demolished to make way for these 11 flats and one penthouse apartment.

Located within a busy and prominent location in Putney, London, detailed logistics plans were developed as part of the pre-construction works to demonstrate to planners how works would be co-ordinated on site.

With access restricted, given the site's location in a busy residential area, the project required close liaison between our project manager and the neighbouring properties on a daily basis.

The property, which is now complete and fully occupied, is situated within a stylish new gated development and has access to a large communal roof terrace, a communal garden and secure bike storage.
