As part of the WW Martin Employment, Apprenticeship and Training Programme (EATP) we are looking for two Trainee Site Managers to join our expanding site management team.

Key Tasks and Activities:
The main responsibilities of the Trainee Site Managers will be to assist our Site Management Team to ensure the project is running to programme.
The successful candidates will have a passion for developing a career in the construction industry. They will be excellent communicators who are able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
For the right candidates, this role is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest contractors in Kent as an apprentice, in a role with room for growth and continuous development.

This is a full-time position, based on site with one day a week for 24 months at East Kent College (Folkestone).
