Location: Based between head office and project sites across Kent, with regular travel required.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our established Special Projects team, supporting the delivery of fire compartmentation construction works within live healthcare environments.
This role forms part of a long-term contract delivering construction works across hospital sites in Kent. You will play a key role in coordinating projects efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards, while helping to maintain minimal disruption to clinical operations.
• Coordinate design and manufacturing drawings for door sets, ensuring timely review and approval.
• Programme construction activities in close collaboration with site teams to support efficient delivery.
• Liaise with clients, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to plan and coordinate works.
• Coordinate associated construction activities, including fire stopping, dry lining and electrical interfaces.
• Support the delivery of projects in line with company procedures, industry best practice, and statutory requirements.
• Complete all administrative and coordination duties associated with the role, ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day project support.
• Promote and help maintain the highest standards of delivery in Health & Safety and quality across all project activities.
Essential:
• Relevant experience within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable:
• Competence in Asta Powerproject.
• HNC (or equivalent) in Construction, or a related discipline.
• Experience working within live healthcare or similarly sensitive environments.

As part of the WW Martin Employment, Apprenticeship and Training Programme (EATP) we are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join our expanding Estimating team.
Estimating Manager/Senior Estimator
• Develop experience and skills in estimating processes, including time management, working to deadlines, and working as part of a team.
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including analysing construction drawings, preparing enquiries to source quotations, and compare quotations to support the tender process.
• Carry out full quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Work closely with and support the estimating team in preparation of tenders, assist the team in the bid submission process and ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Attend regular site visits alongside senior members of the construction team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for developing a career in the Construction Industry and be an excellent communicator, have strong computer skills, good numeracy and analytical skills and is able to demonstrate an understanding, of the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Multi Trade Operatives to join our established Special Projects team. This role involves carrying out a variety of construction and refurbishment works across Kent, including within live healthcare and other occupied environments.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, hands-on, and capable of delivering high-quality work while maintaining professionalism, safety, and attention to detail in sensitive operational settings.
• Carry out light demolition works, including the removal of
stud walls.
• Undertake a range of carpentry and joinery tasks.
• Construct and install stud wall systems.
Essential:
• Proven experience within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
• Experience working in live healthcare environments or similarly sensitive operational settings.
• Recognised carpentry qualification.

Senior Contracts Manager / Senior Site Manager
The main responsibilities of the Trainee Site Managers will be, assisting our Site Management Team to ensure the project is running to programme.
The successful candidates will have a passion for developing a career in the Construction Industry and be excellent communicators who are able to demonstrate an understanding, of the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace.
Full UK driving licence
You will also need one of the following qualifications:
• 80 UCAS points (under the new tariff) from A-levels (including a minimum B/5 grade in maths or a science subject)
• A BTEC National Certificate (minimum MMM grade)
• An Extended Diploma (minimum MMM grade)
• A GNVQ (Advanced) in a relevant subject
• An Access to Higher Education Diploma.
