Description

The redevelopment of Phase 1 of the former Rank Hovis Flour Mill, Ramsgate.

The conversion of the Grade II listed Mill building provides 19 apartments, and the conversion of a listed former office building to provide 2 cottages and the re-building of the former Pump House to provide a further 1no. dwelling.

The development shows design and construction excellence by providing a mixed residential development in a historically significant industrial site, providing high quality modern apartments whilst retaining the historical character of the Listed buildings.

The original facade of the Flour Mill has been restored to maintain the historical character of the site, whilst major internal structural and remodeling works have been completed to provide high quality accommodation.
