We are delighted to be on site undertaking the construction of this modern new combined office and warehouse facility at MEMS Power Generation in Gillingham.

Appointed to the contract to manage the project from concept design, our team have worked hard to develop a design solution to meet the needs of the client, achieve planning consent and deliver value for money.

The project features ample parking and vital new storage areas, with some external areas being progressed and completed early in the programme to provide the client with additional storage spaces as early as possible.

When all works are complete, the new headquarters building will offer up-to-date office facilities, both open plan and cellular, alongside impressive meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen, IT, storage and archive space.

The warehouse will also offer substantial space for storage and will further help meet the growing and exacting needs of MEMS, a highly successful Kent-based business.
