Description

We are very pleased to be on site on the outskirts of Maidstone undertaking the construction of this striking new classroom block for Valley Invicta Academies Trust.

Having secured the project via a competitive tender process, work is progressing well and is scheduled to complete in time for the school to occupy the new classrooms in September 2024.

Comprehensive risk assessments and detailed method statements are in place to manage the work to ensure the highest levels of safety on site and to ensure the existing schools can continue to operate without disruption.

Built using a steel frame system, the new building is located on the shared site of Invicta Grammar School and Valley Park School in Maidstone.

The completed facilities will be available for the use of both schools, providing them with an extra twelve general teaching classrooms, ancillary space and bathroom facilities. Additional works include relocation of a parking area and general landscaping.
