Description

Excellent progress is being made on site for Oscar Acoustic’s new state-of-the-art headquarters building in Rochester. This high-quality working environment for the staff of this architectural acoustic experts will enable the company to move forward on it’s next phase of growth and investment in Kent.

Designed by Urban & Rural Architects, the structure will feature two buildings. The first is designated as the main office building, featuring an open plan workspace, meeting rooms and a welcome lounge. It will also serve as a showroom for potential customers to view the company’s products in a finished environment.

The second building includes six industrial units which will be occupied by the company’s innovation facility, international sales hub and further warehousing for products.

The buildings, which are situated on a disused parcel of land in the Medway Valley, give a new and useful lease of life to a previously redundant site.

A focus on environmentally friendly materials and methods of construction, and biodiversity for the surrounding landscaped area will create a fitting headquarters for this innovative, design-led company.
