Description

We are pleased to announce our appointment as the construction partner for Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes programme. This phase will see the delivery of 49 high-quality homes, addressing the housing needs of local families across four strategically located sites in Thanet.

With construction beginning in September, the development will consist of a variety of houses and apartments designed to cater to diverse household requirements. The project will include nine self-contained flats at Clements Road, Ramsgate, comprising four 1-bedroom and five 2-bedroom units, as well as eleven family homes at Staner Court, Ramsgate, including nine 3-bedroom and two 4-bedroom houses. At Tomlin Drive, Margate, twelve new-build houses will be constructed, featuring eight 3-bedroom semi-detached and four 4-bedroom terraced properties. Dane Valley Arms, Margate will see the development of a four-storey building housing seven 1-bedroom and six 2-bedroom flats, along with four 3-bedroom semi-detached houses.

This contract builds on our strong partnership with Thanet District Council, following our previous role in the successful delivery of Phases 1 and 3 of the Affordable Homes programme. As a local business, we take great pride in continuing this important work.

We are excited to collaborate with our project partners Modus Construction Consultants, Considine Engineers, and HMY Architects to ensure the successful completion of this phase. Additionally, we are committed to finding meaningful ways to engage and support the local community throughout the duration of the project, with further details to be announced soon.
