Description

This light industrial development for Wickhambreaux Ltd is located within the Park Farm Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Folkestone.

Comprising five buildings, the rows of terraced units are subdivided into 30 individual units. Built using a steel frame system, the simple but striking industrial-styled units have been designed and built to be adaptable for a range of uses, aimed at occupancy by growing and start-up businesses.

With external works including associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure works also undertaken on site, the completed project has regenerated a parcel of land which sat disused for several years. This has in turn helped to promote economic growth by providing sought-after flexible business accommodation and future employment opportunities.

These units represent the latest in a series of similar industrial projects we have completed in Kent. Through our experience, we have developed innovative value engineering solutions to deliver projects of this nature to exacting quality standards and a rapid build programme - often key to income streams and future tenant demands.
