Description

These striking-looking new light industrial / warehouse units at Altira Park in Herne Bay were completed in June 2020.

The project was successfully built using a large steel-frame system and external cladding system to a very short programme. Extensive external groundworks were also undertaken which included a new access road, footpaths, a large area of forecourt parking as well as associated soft landscaping, lighting and fencing.

These new units mark part of the ongoing development of Altira Park, which when complete will offer some 30 acres of high-quality business space.

The site is situated seven miles north of Canterbury and 20/25 miles east of Sittingbourne, and benefits from excellent transport links to London and Dover.
