Description

The design and construction of a new depot for the repair and manufacture of mobile and static accommodation. The depot provides workshops, offices, mess rooms, staff training rooms as well as extensive hard-landscaped storage facilities for Pickerings Hire Ltd.

Built to a 28 week programme, this new steel-framed building is located on the Eurolink Industrial Park in Sittingbourne, Kent. This modern new facility is the latest addition to Pickerings 11 depots situated throughout England, with each depot managing an extensive fleet of mobile and static temporary accommodation units.
