Description

This is the latest phase of a long-term contract successfully delivered for our client Midvalley Developments.

Works on site at Cannon Street, Deal involved the delivery of high quality one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartment duplexes, each with their own parking spaces.

The new homes at the 'Out Downs' development are built to the highest standards, with good access to the varied attractions of Deal and its Conservation Areas. High eco-standards have been incorporated including PV panels, reduced water and power usage and higher insulation than current regulations, which all go to make an apartment with lower annual utility costs.

Out Downs makes use of a previous brownfield site that had been fully cleaned and tested. All apartments are built to NHBC standards and to ensure the properties are on solid foundations they sit on concrete pillars reaching between 8 and 12 metres into the ground.

Out Downs has been designed with Environment Agency approval to weather the worst-case scenarios of flooding from global warming, rising sea levels and sea defence, and overtopping breaches.
