This new development ‘Village’ is a unique development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses individually designed and constructed to the highest of quality standards to suit the needs of modern living.
Located just two miles from the historic coastal town of Sandwich, this project was constructed in a sensitive semi-rural location. During the delivery stage, careful consideration was given to minimise the impact of the works to local residents at all times.
Now complete, the development provides 24 new homes. There are four main house types, all of which have a light and spacious feel. They include underfloor heating at ground floor level, high specification contemporary kitchens and bathrooms.
Externally, homes feature a combination of red-brick, tile-hung, and timber-cladding facades to give the feeling of variety and individuality, whilst keeping the feel of a cohesive village community. Roofs are a mixture of slate or clay tiles including over the covered parking areas, with driveways finished in traditional block paving.
