Description

We continue our well-established partnership with Dover-based company Megger with this project at Building 4. We carried out an extensive reconfiguration of the internal structure of part of the building, together with new windows, a reclad of the exterior and the addition of a new entrance porch.

We also worked with the client to improve their green energy offering at the site, with the installation of a solar panel system and 20 electric vehicle charging points.

Previous work for this long-standing client included a bespoke testing facility for vehicles that are used to test high-risk installations such as power stations, a ‘clean air floor’ building for their production line, a new mains intake building, boundary fencing and gates and the refurbishment of several small areas of their buildings.
