Working closely with GDM Architects, Considine and WWM Civils, works on site to this striking new residential development between the coastal towns of Hythe and Sandgate in Kent are now complete.

This is a unique development of ten apartments across four levels, designed and constructed to the highest of quality standards to suit the demands of modern living. The apartments all benefit from a southerly elevated position, with panoramic views over Princes Parade and out to sea.

During the delivery stage, careful consideration was given to minimise the impact of the works to local residents, as well as The Royal Military Canal and Hythe Imperial Golf Course.
