This exciting new private residential development known as 'The Lock' is now complete, It provides 16 new homes for private sale, and features extensive landscaping areas including a small park and playground for communal use.

Situated adjacent to Hampstead Marina in Yalding, Kent, 'The Lock' is our second project with TG Designer Homes, following the successful delivery of 24 new homes in Woodnesborough, Kent in 2016.

All works on site were carefully undertaken and detailed site logistics proposals were put in place to avoid disruption to the local area, ensuring a smooth construction process.
