Each maisonette will be located on the ground and first floors will be equipped with separate living room, kitchen/ diner and access to a private rear garden with refuse and cycle storage to the front garden.
The 2 bedroom flats will be located on the second floor with a living room, kitchen/ diner.
As part of the proposed redevelopment, the rear single storey extension will be demolished to create a larger garden area to serve the maisonettes. The single storey extension to the front of the property will also be removed and the bay windows reinstated at ground floor levels together with the reinstatement of the front door to enhance the special architectural quality of the area
