Description

Redevelopment works to this former hotel in Warwick Road, Cliftonville are now complete. The disused building has been successfully converted into three four-bedroom maisonettes and four two-bedroom flats.

Each property has been tastefully designed and built to create a modern living environment, with the maisonettes and flats featuring good-sized bedrooms, a separate living room, bathroom and a kitchen/diner. The new residents also benefit from access to the private rear garden and a well-planned refuse and cycle storage in the front garden.

The main aspect of the construction works involved the demolition of previously-extended parts of the existing building, with the original bay windows and front door reinstated to enhance the special architectural quality of the area.
