A large disused space on the ground floor, originally our joinery workshop, and existing offices above have undergone extensive reconfiguration and refurbishment to provide a high quality new working environment for not only our construction team, but also for three other Thanet-based businesses - WWM Civils, East Kent Brickwork and ThinkBig Tech.
With the wellbeing of our staff being central to the success of our business, we were committed to providing a working environment that they could be proud of and which they could enjoy. We focused on creating bright, open and free-flowing spaces where staff can engage with each other, developing ideas and working together to deliver high standards of work for our clients.
Invesments in renewable energy through the installation of PV panels now allow us to provide a significant amount of the energy we require to run our offices through sustainable means. We have also provided high quality air circulation systems, EV Charging facilities, modern meeting rooms with full visual and audio capabilities to best support the increased use of virtual meetings we have all experienced in the last few years.
Through investing in the disused and redundant part of our building, we opened up and created additional space on site to increase the overall size and capacity of the office. In doing so, we have able to commit longterm to remaining in Ramsgate, safeguarding the longterm future of us being a Thanet-based business.
