We are delivering a generator extension at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital on behalf of 2gether Support Solutions and East Kent Hospitals.

The project involves the construction of a new purpose-built extension to house modern standby generators and associated fuel tanks, strengthening the hospital’s emergency power resilience. Due to the live healthcare environment, the works require detailed planning around hospital movements, restricted access, and carefully managed deliveries.

The scheme forms an important part of the Trust’s wider infrastructure upgrade programme, supporting continuity of critical services and long-term operational reliability.
