The Beach Houses offer eleven contemporary beach fronted homes overlooking the stunning Westbrook Bay.

Designed by RIBA award-winning architect Guy Hollaway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut, the project consists of nine two-storey and two single-storey homes.

With uninterrupted sea views, these homes reinterpret the conventional British beach hut, creating a modern retreat and are the perfect seaside getaway.

The two-bedroom larch-clad houses offer flexible open-plan living space, sea-facing first-floor balcony and ground-floor terrace, with one dedicated underground parking space per unit.
