Description

We successfully delivered a new two-storey extension to Whitfield Aspen School on behalf of Kent County Council, linked to the existing buildings via a glazed corridor.

The extension provides eight purpose-built classrooms to support the school’s mainstream primary years expansion, alongside enhanced specialist SEN facilities. This investment enables Whitfield Aspen to further strengthen its inclusive approach, offering high-quality teaching spaces for pupils with a wide range of educational needs.

Delivered in summer 2025, the project was completed with a phased fit-out strategy. Four of the new classrooms were fully equipped and ready for use at the start of the September term, ensuring the school could meet its immediate capacity requirements while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
