Successfully completed for our client, Monson Homes / Town & Country Housing, the project delivers 40 new homes offering a mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes for a mix of private sale, affordable home ownership and social rent.

The properties have been designed and built to the highest of quality standards, with each of the new homes offering generous space both inside and out.

The quality of the new homes is testament to our team who have worked hard on this large and challenging site, which slopes significantly from top to bottom. We undertook extensive groundworks and constructed a significant number of piled retaining walls to help realise the potential of the space available to provide these much-welcome new homes.
