Description

We have successfully handed over our scheme at Coxhill Road, Shepherdswell to our client English Rural.

The project is the result of many years of hard work by Kent’s very first Community Land Trust (CLT), involving Shepherdswell and Coldred CLT working in partnership with English Rural Housing Association to bring forward this site for development.

The development fulfils a critical housing need for local residents, providing ten affordable homes managed by English Rural, alongside three homes managed by WW Martin.

The affordable element comprises a mix of apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses, while the private element includes two detached single-storey bungalows and a further detached chalet bungalow.

The scheme, designed by OSG Architecture, sits on a sloping site in a rural village location and was sensitively designed and landscaped to blend seamlessly within the surrounding area.
