Description

We worked closely with West Kent Housing Association to create this new residential development of high-quality properties, comprising 19 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses with private gardens, as well as four one -bedroom flats.

The site included a proportion of properties made available as affordable housing.

The development offers the security of being a gated community with the convenience of designated parking, and sits within a two-minute walk to the shops and conveniences in Lenham village.

The new homes were generously spaced with the naturally sloping site gently stepped. Existing trees were retained to create an attractive mature landscape setting.
