Working in partnership with 2gether Support Solutions, acting on behalf of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT), we continue to support the hospital estate through the delivery of a wide-ranging minor works framework at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital.

Over the past year, our Special Projects team has successfully completed numerous individual schemes, including emergency out-of-hours works, flooring repairs, room refurbishments, and essential estate upgrades. The flexible nature of the framework enables a rapid response to urgent operational requirements while maintaining high-quality standards across the hospital estate.

With a dedicated team based on site, we continue to work closely with clinical teams, estates staff, and key stakeholders to ensure works are delivered in a smooth and efficient manner, supporting the uninterrupted delivery of patient care.

The programme demonstrates our ability to operate effectively within live clinical environments, managing multiple workstreams concurrently while maintaining safety, programme certainty, and minimal disruption.
