Completion Video:

We are delighted to share the completion of Dane Valley Arms, Margate, a development of a four-storey building housing seven 1-bedroom and six 2-bedroom flats, along with four 3-bedroom semi-detached houses.

As part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes Programme, this initiative delivered 49 high-quality new homes to meet the housing needs of local families across four strategic locations in Thanet.
