We are pleased to announce the successful completion of twelve new-build homes at Tomlin Drive, Margate.
Tomlin Drive is one of four sites redeveloped as Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes programme, which delivered 49 high-quality new homes to meet the housing needs of local families across four strategic locations in Thanet.
