Description

At Staner Court, Ramsgate, we delivered 11 high-quality family homes as part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council’s (TDC) Affordable Homes Programme, one of four sites delivered under the wider scheme. Built on a brownfield site, the development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom houses and required carefully planned logistics to ensure safe, efficient delivery in a constrained environment.

All homes were completed to a high specification, achieving an EPC A rating and incorporating low-carbon technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce long-term running costs, reflecting TDC's commitment to quality construction and sustainable delivery.
