Description

Construction is underway on a new residential development at Heath Close, Swanley, for West Kent Housing Association. The project will replace 18 outdated temporary homes with 22 modern family homes, providing high-quality accommodation designed to meet current living and sustainability standards.

The development will comprise 16 houses and 6 apartments, including a mix of three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments, with one home specifically designed for wheelchair users. Every property will benefit from private outdoor space, alongside a communal open space available for residents.

All homes will be net-zero carbon ready, offering excellent energy efficiency and supporting reduced energy costs for residents.
