An exciting new project to provide 55 new homes offering a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed properties on the site of the former Newington School which has remained vacant for a number of years following the schools move to the adjacent site.
Working in partnership with GPM2 Architects, detailed planning approval and all pre-commencement conditions have been successfully attained and discharged to allow works to commence.
This project represents our second affordable housing contract in partnership with Orbit Homes following on from our Cottington Road, Cliffsend project which is due for completion and final handover later this summer.
